About this catalog

The base list (name, discovery publication, and publication year) was compiled from a spreadsheet of KMTNet microlensing planet announcements, cross-checked against exoplanet.eu as of 2026-06-25. "Type" reflects the classification noted alongside each entry in the source spreadsheet (Planet / Brown dwarf / BD-planet boundary / Free-floating candidate); several objects near the planet–brown-dwarf boundary have disputed masses and are marked accordingly rather than omitted.

Physical parameters (mass, semi-major axis, host-star mass, system distance, and RA/Dec) are merged in by matching planet name, first from a NASA Exoplanet Archive export, then topped up from an exoplanet.eu catalog export for anything the NASA pass left blank — exoplanet.eu tends to carry more and newer microlensing entries. Brown-dwarf-only entries are generally absent from both (they catalog confirmed planets, not brown dwarfs) and a handful of the very latest announcements haven't been added to either yet — both show TBD for these columns rather than being hidden.
